This weekend the Bates Racing Team made the trek over the border to Fredericton, New Brunswick.  It was the team’s first time going to Speedway 660, but when they got onto the track you wouldn’t have noticed. 

Adam won his heat race, which put him in the third starting position for the feature.  For about the first 150 laps Adam rode between third and eighth, but once the finish was in sight he started his charge towards the front.  Adam came up a few laps short of the win, but everyone was happy with the second place finish. 
 

Next week Adam and the team will be headed to Unity, Maine for a fathers day race.
